COMPANY OVERVIEW

We are a distinguished member of a distinguished company -- Gannett Co., Inc., a worldwide network of newspapers, broadcast companies and other communications-related interests. FLORIDA TODAY was Gannett?s first venture in starting a newspaper and one of the few successful such efforts in newspaper history.

FLORIDA TODAY is the Space Coast's daily newspaper covering local news in Brevard County from our headquarter office in Melbourne and bureau offices in Titusville, Palm Bay, Merritt Island and Sebastian. In addition to our daily newspaper, we also publish weekly and monthly publications that provide targeted geographic coverage and are continually developing our online presence at floridatoday.com.

As an equal opportunity employer, we recognize and appreciate the benefits of diversity in the workplace. This is representative in the recognition that Gannett has received from: Working Mother as one of the 100 Best Companies for Working Mothers, Fortune magazine as one of the 50 Best Companies for Asians, Blacks and Hispanics, and Working Woman as number five in its inaugural ranking of the Top 25 Public Companies for Executive Women.

The FLORIDA TODAY team includes more than 600 employees at our Melbourne offices and printing facility overlooking the Indian River, and four satellite news bureaus located in Titusville, Palm Bay, Merritt Island and Sebastian.
